ISLES'26 SWITCH+ 2026 Manuscript Submission¶

ISLES'26 participants are also invited to submit a long abstract to the SWITCH+ 2026 workshop. The SWITCH+ workshop submission is optional and independent from the challenge itself.

Important Dates

  • Manuscript Submission Deadline: August 7, 23:59 (AoE)

    (Note: Submissions can include partial algorithm results)

  • Acceptance Notifications: August 14 (AoE)

  • Camera-Ready Submissions: August 17, 23:59 (AoE)

    (Note: Only the performance results may be updated at this stage based on your latest trained models. No significant changes to other manuscript sections are permitted).

1) Eligibility

Only ISLES 2026 challenge-related manuscripts are eligible.

2) Instructions for authors

Participants will have to submit a short paper, 4-6 pages, describing their segmentation method and results. Please submit your manuscript here via the challenge track. The challenge proceedings will be combined with the SWITCH+ 2026 workshop and published in the Springer LNCS proceedings. Please use the Springer LNCS format and ensure the following points are addressed in your manuscript:

Abstract (no citations to be present)

  • Appropriate keywords
  • Introduction
  • Methods
  • Results
  • Discussion & Conclusion
  • [OPTIONAL] Acknowledgements
  • References (add all citations you deem appropriate)

Citation: If you use the ISLES'26 dataset, please cite our data descriptor manuscript (coming soon).

3) Poster & oral presentation

Accepted papers will be invited for a poster and/or an oral presentation session during ISLES'26 at MICCAI, on September 27 (full-day).
